Job Description:

- You will report to the Cluster General Manager and will have full responsibility for the hotel’s operational and financial performance whilst also leading a team of experienced Heads of Department.

- Project & people management at all levels (Rooms, F&B, sales, revenue, and marketing, etc.).
- Set clear objectives, Plan activities, and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits.
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information, etc.).
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc.
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- An already exceptional track record driving business in a similar role within a full-service branded hotel.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- Sound knowledge of Rooms & Food and Beverage operations.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Preferably Saudi Nationality.
- Excellent knowledge and is familiar with Omrah market in Madina.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work cohesively and lead a management team while setting and supporting individuals to fulfill deadlines.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

- Bachelor’s degree is a minimum

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
