Job Description:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in financial preparations and management accounting.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Zoho suite experience is preferred.
  • Currently based in UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding, and managing financial risks in the organization.
  • Responsibility for FP&A, IFRS standards, financial processes, auditing, and internal control, cost control, Tax & licenses.
  • Formulating departments budgets in conjunction with the divisional and organizational budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to the assigned budgets
  • Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
  • Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Performing internal audits to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Overseeing operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting monthly VAT returns for the group.
  • Managing and assisting with VAT compliance queries across the group internally and with FTA.
  • Ensuring payroll is processed on time and all deductions are accurately made and adequate cash is always maintained to meet all employee payments
  • Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.

Job Requirements:

  • An already exceptional track record driving business in a similar role within a full-service branded hotel.
  • A strong commercial acumen.
  • Sound knowledge of Rooms & Food and Beverage operations.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Preferably Saudi Nationality.
  • Excellent knowledge and is familiar with Omrah market in Madina.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work cohesively and lead a management team while setting and supporting individuals to fulfill deadlines.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Job Salary:

  • AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances

Job Type:

  • Full time.

Job Qualification:

  • Professional Qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA
