Job Summery:
The Montague on the Gardens Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a stunning four-star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s elegant Bloomsbury. Job responsibilities:
- To set and make sure quality standards are adhered to and communicated through training, SOP manuals, and service journeys.
- To constantly monitor the day-to-day operation of all areas, with an emphasis on providing highly personalized and attentive service.
- Monitor online guest reviews and act upon feedback where necessary.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Strong attention to detail and managing the presentation of all areas including both front and back of the house.
- Communicating effectively with members of their team and the wider hotel teams.
- Planning food and beverage promotions across the year.
