Job Role:

Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit and on-site catering teams.
- Adhere to set annual budgets for the unit and achieve them.
- Maintain financial information system as required by Aramark and the client.
- Implement and maintain appropriate procedures on-site as outlined by HR, Q&S, Internal Audits.
- Assume overall responsibility for Quality and Safety compliance on site.
- Monitor and evaluate site performance and productivity.
- Maintain good communications and working relationships with your client, key customers, and all staff.
- Consistently and proactively review the financial and operational performance of a contract to ensure the achievement of all business and financial targets.
- Identify opportunities at the unit level and investigate the potential.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of management team on-site and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Attend operations/management meetings as required.
