Job Role:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit and on-site catering teams.
  • Adhere to set annual budgets for the unit and achieve them.
  • Maintain financial information system as required by Aramark and the client.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate procedures on-site as outlined by HR, Q&S, Internal Audits.
  • Assume overall responsibility for Quality and Safety compliance on site.
  • Monitor and evaluate site performance and productivity.
  • Maintain good communications and working relationships with your client, key customers, and all staff.
  • Consistently and proactively review the financial and operational performance of a contract to ensure the achievement of all business and financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities at the unit level and investigate the potential.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of management team on-site and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • Attend operations/management meetings as required.
