Job Role:
- Drafting official documents, of the sale or lease.
- Checking contracts on behalf of clients.
- Monitor Sales progress.
- Liaising with solicitors, lawyers and real estate agents.
- Keeping official records of payments and contracts.
- Working with Developers and building relationship.
- Partnering with Trustee offices and ensuring good relationship and priority.
- Working with Dubai Land Department.
- Dealing with transfers and highlighting and solving any challenges.
- Weekly MIS report to management on all deals.
- Dealing with the transfer of mortgage deeds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Well-established communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent multitasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective at report-writing.
- Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy and compliance within a code of conduct.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid UAE driving license.

- AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances
