Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide a five-star service to our customers, guests, and staff.
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs/ procedures when guests arrive and leave.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms bookings.
  • Schedule monthly desk allocation for each floor.
  • Ensure that facilities are prepared and equipment is available for all meetings.
  • Responsible for ordering and distributing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Sorting and distribution of daily posts.
  • Execute the PO process, ensuring compliance with Procurement Policy.
  • Seek supplier’s costs and commercial terms for low to medium value goods and services.
  • Keep purchasing and contract records necessary for complying with audit requirements, up to date and accessible.
  • Review all relevant invoices for accuracy prior to passing them to management for approval.
  • Work closely with our Facilities Provider, as well as the Security team.
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

  • Based in London Mayfair, you will provide five star reception support to our guests, as well as our staff. This role is varied and requires the ability to be flexible, to multi-task and to enjoy working with people.

Job Role:

  • Previous experience as Receptionist in a multinational/airline/hospitality organization.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with a five-star service mentality.
  • Advanced in MS Office applications, particularly Excel competency required.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • You must also have the right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
